I understand what you mean regarding the legality issues, inflation or outright lying on the ARV, and lack of morality that is encountered the majority of the time when others interact with wholesalers.This is very helpful information as it helps me get a better understanding of what a good relationship looks like between a seller, wholesaler, and finally the end buyer.

To find a better scam you have to be in congress. 

In fact I recently was able to avoid an attempted online scam by a so-called buyer with a spoofed email.

I have a couple commercial properties... the biggest difference that I have encountered is the mindset of the tenants... business owner vs. home renter.

Note taking, it seems, doesn't seem to threaten that.I later came to find out that the Rich Dad Education seminars were essentially repackaged Russ Whitney products, and many people feel scammed by the whole process.
