I got a good deal on a 3 ton for the cabin off e-bay and got an HVAC guy to hook it up for 300 bucks. :)

Nothing heavy, just a e-mail or note saying your keeping them in mind and intend to give them first shot if you find something that fits their criteria.

In those cases I have never heard of the person mentioned.I will also see people try and use e-mail addresses to sign up for things using other people's info.What I have to say to this is people please do not put yourself out there as something you are not.

Recently I´ve read two books that I think are a "must", The E-Myth (Michael borger) and The MIillionaire Real Estate Agent (Gary Keller).

I just finished a flip in the sugarhouse area right off of 3300 S and 1700 E(Imperial Street) which is a great area and I am surprised it has not sold yet.
