I own and am renting a single-family home back in central Texas to my father, but would like to expand my real estate repertoire for some time before investing in my new hometown of Charlotte, North Carolina.My wife and I are renting a small home for now but dream of a bigger and better future.My ex-boss turned me onto BiggerPockets not too long ago, and I'm very excited!

At the very least, the entity will protect your hard work from your personal negligence that you couldn't see coming in your wildest dreams.

Our dream is to retire to Medellin, Columbia.The property values in Modesto have finally started to take off again (we were behind the curve for a few years) and the price-to-rent ratios left a lot to be desired, so we started to do some research.

My dream is to find in the PGH what I have here in Modesto: an honest person with a diverse skill set.

I have been reading the blogs and forum topics nonstop since I found this site and figured it was time to introduce myself.I am 29 and work for a large financial regulator.I live in Arlington (Clarendon) and want to get into flipping.I have always had a passion for real estate/ design and looking to turn that dream in to a reality.Where I’m located is very expensive so I am not sure if I should look out of state or stay with the DC area.I'm looking to network, build relationships with other investors in the area to grow my REI knowledge base.  

I think it's pretty awesome to see people not just have a dream, but live action towards accomplishing it.
