What I have seen is Hcd has no means to enforce squat against jurisdictions that ignore hcd’s direction but maybe the jurisdiction will voluntarily concede to the Hcd interpretation. 

Just curious what anyone's results have been hiring someone direct from one of the mentioned sites vs the more expensive well known SEO companies. 

Every lender has their own overlay and rules so its important to work with an investment experienced broker who can help guide you in the right direction.

We personally fund rural deals all the time -- unfortunately, we don't lend in Minnesota.

Essentially, each property owner has two accounts, one in USD for rental income, property management transactions, and commission paid to me, now the other account is in a foreign currency and deals mostly with the rental expenses and transfers from their USD account to cover these expenses.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
