I firmly believe that things are definitely changing in terms of a technological and media landscape - if you are able to be consistent and quality in terms of short form video social media digital marketing - I think this is the best path forward to really carve out some success

Based on my experience I would focus on Facebook rather than other social media platforms such as Instagram, but its worth the shot to try an connect people from Instagram.

My understanding is very unlikely unless the deal is beyond stellar and you can provide strong financials and experience. 

The role of this property in my growing portfolio is more of cashflow, debt paydown, and just to get experience.
