I suspect unless your in a defined Runway easement ( and they are defined) how can you disclose for aircraft noise.. winds come from all directions the runways change with the winds if you look at a High Altitude Sectional you will see there are highways in the skies and each airport has numerous different published approaches to use..

If it's an existing property with a mailing address, the typical WI Realtors Assoc. approved Offer to Purchase defines the property being purchased just by the mailing address (street address, city and county in WI are all entered).
