I lost a flooring sub (who was decent wasn't the greatest but still its a contact) because I wasn't organized on a couple jobs and he traveled 1.5 hrs to get to job site and it wasn't ready for flooring.

I'd assume you would need to put in a decent amount of effort to build out a local team (which is fine, but can be hard to understand where to start), and also have some experience within that market to be able to operate effectively.

I also have some knowledge of LA rebt control, evictions, basic asset protection and have some decent LA resources at my disposal and am more than happy to share anything i have/know (for fun and for free)looking forward to seeing what other markets people are having success in and actually getting deals- i looked at milwaukee at suggestion of a friend and seems like I'm a year too late there.
