When the roof is kept clear of debris it's not a problem, but otherwise the situation has previously caused water damage to the ceiling (which has since been repaired).

IE bad tenant etc.but this is far more complex than that.And when you have owners who for a good length of time were receiving rent only to find out their homes were in fact vacant or had squatters in them.. that reeks of a Ponzi type situation.Also when you do your digging .. another critical element is that it appears through Morris or oceanpointe direction the title company used OP address as the return address for code violations etc.. so it was easy for them to sell vacant shells pay rent on them.. then pocket the code violations and the owners who never set foot or would set foot in Indy had no clue anything was wrong..

The RTA ones had much less water damage, less chipped paint, easier to clean the ick off of them… overall, much, much better experience with the real ones/RTA.As a note, always store them flat on the ground until you’re putting them together (do not stand them on their side.

So not sure if that is just the lender saying that or if something else is pushing that extra 5%.By unlivable I mean the roof is damaged and leaks significantly, no appliances, standing water in basement and has foundation issues.
