During our home inspection, we found there was moisture in the basement and potentially mold based on our inspector's radar.

There's water that is somehow damaging the hardwood floor by a back sliding glass door, but we can't figure out the source.When I've had other contractors check, we've found no moisture in the walls or even in the ceiling of the basement below -- the moisture is only registering on the floor.There are also no pipes in the area.My only guess is that this might be coming from some kind of roof leak that is just passing the walls and collecting on the ground in the walls.At the end of the day, I need someone who can help figure this out and can help us fix the issue.Got any suggestions?

Late posting but we use "Buildertrend" It's a little expensive but it's amazing for tracking expenses, daily logs, timelines... and a lot more.

It states, "Rent for any holdover period will be (3) three times the monthly rent calculated on a daily basis". 

@Terry Martin-Back, talking about Cycles of any kind makes people turn off to the reality of them in their daily lives.

While I currently have a great full time position in the industry, I need to be able to commute via metro north in Westchester or the subway from the Bronx, into Manhattan daily.

I've only been on here about six months, but daily reading about REI has made me familiar with many of the concepts as I'm working on finding that first deal.
