Am I not seeing the whole picture?

Pictures attached are before and afters of the Kitchens.

Particularly seeing as how tenants typically choose homes based on pictures of the interior, not exterior finish.

When you've nailed your locations and found the (potential) properties, dig deep into the ideas that you have - Look at long/short term rent prices in those areas (competitor analysis), try to get some numbers about tourism to see whether an AirBNB even pays off (customer analysis), make sure there are reliable management companies around, how those properties could be financed, etc.3.

Take a picture and send it to them if they aren't sure about what you are asking for them to do.

If the items left behind are valuable like cell phone charges, bluetooth speakers etc, I go out of my way to get them returned.Only once has a guest decided they didn't want their shirt, jacket, charger, speaker, makeup bag, backpack, Switch controller etc back.This is the kind of good customer service that gets you the 5 star reviews.

When I first started real estate I was able to complete my job tasks each day so any extra time or in between what I was doing I would speak to other employees, customers, etc. about real estate.
