For one it seems to differ around the country, with various terminology and regulation, and two it takes me a long time to decipher the code into the basic information I need, like how many units can I have on the lot.My question, does anyone have any advice, or a cheat sheet, or website(s) or other information they use to quickly decipher the zoning codes?

Believe it or not we used to have laws in this country and people obeyed them and if they did not wehad a group who enforced the law.

The demand I saw for single families wanting a home in the country with a rural lifestyle, yet close to employment and amenities.

Considered out in the country, but there are plans in the works for city water to be ran to the area. 

Back home I play at a Country Club with a big group on the weekends so I’m definitely not used to the show up and play however long you want style. 

Things are a little off right now of course and inventory has been low for a long time but it is even lower now but that's true across the country. 

Would managing tenants in another country count as experience?

Sai,Before entering my current position, I spent the last 13 years selling niche products exclusively to community associations (HOA's, Condos, Townhomes, Co-op) all over the country. 

Doing this requires more capital than I have right now, however, in my market as is the same around the country, multifamily is currently overvalued in my opinion and in order to do this, I need to be creative (ie buying larger C class office and industrial buildings in residential zones and doing conversions to aprtments) or I need to wait for a market correction in the multifamily space which I believe is coming in the next few years.3.
