@Alexis Renny I think your doing everything correctly as of today but I would be cautious in calling code enforcement in regards to operating an illegal business because most probably the violation would go against the property which in this case it is yours.

If the cost of the inexpensive car is less than the taxes you expect to pay on the 179 recapture, then (solely from a monetary perspective) it may be better to pursue the inexpensive car for personal purposes route.
