Ok here is an update with a little more info.  

There certainly is a large range, relative to updates needed, in the foreclosure space.    

Low rates benefit large corporations, not the average Joe. 

As of now I do not have a LLC stated, or S-Corp, or anything to that matter.

It would be perfect if I didn't have to spend an hour trying to load it with podcasts every time.I just thought there might be a device with wifi that would update the podcasts automatically like a smartphone does.

We have a Google Groups email list for communication and updates on the next meeting which will probably be mid January.

I have also set up LLCs and partnerships (I focused on real estate, tax, and corporations in law school), so can offer a word or two up that alley.
