Our tenants drop their rents into a locked box and we pick up close to $200k in rents in about 1-1/2 hours and it economical and good time-management when you can bunch your business into one or a few neat and convenient locations.It doesn't make sense to start small and lose out on making many times more profit for a period of time and then lose out on a huge chunk of profit because you could have purchased units for less money in your early years and later you will have to pay higher prices per unit.

I didn’t want to deal with the guest saying “I’m not paying for this”, potential showing up an leaving me a 1-star review because “the bed is uncomfortable” or “there were bugs” (which they conveniently discarded before being able to photograph), etc.I might see this as retaliatory based on my knowledge of the property and previous reviews, but I’m not sure Airbnb would see it that way.

I know I'm taking a gamble of with ordering a home inspection and then tenants not opening doors.. but i feel tenants are probably annoyed with different people coming to see their homes.. but if planning a few weeks notice to let them know of a home owner inspection.. they might cooperate ?
