If you have a basement they will review the connection details.If you have a basement I suggest you use Superior Walls.

We were able to resolve the issues, but the city required opening up walls and digging up part of the finished basement so they could inspect and approve the plumbing and wiring.

Good faux-wood blinds will last maybe four or five times as long, tolerate cleaning and abuse better, and add significantly to the sense of quality that will allow you to charge a higher rent.Not always, but more often, it will also obviate the need for tenant-installed window coverings and wall damage.

After opening up the walls we discovered the upstairs tankless water heater plumbing and electrical were done wrong, the downstairs water heater vented directly into a wall cavity, DIY electrical with too many code violations to list, shower was tiled without any waterproofing...
