I have similar colored carpets in one of my rentals and was able to remove even darker staining (see attached pic).

The more mysterious your letter seems (using different color paper, somehow making the letter stand out without giving away any info until opened), the more likely your letters will be read.Hope this works!

Yes you can be sued even with an LLC but you can be sued because someone doesn't like the color of your hair, it doesn't mean they will win.
