I've seen these things eat chunks of grease-soaked drywall and wood from cabinets, so if  you've got some saturated wood in the cabinet, cleaning the surface won't get rid of them.You might also have to change carpets also - since there's really no way to fully clean carpet...I've also seen german roaches infesting a burned out unit feasting on burned greasy cabinets and walls.   

And if nothing changes we will get in contact with a different company or if we find anyone in the area who wants to manage our property.

I sold a duplex in Minneapolis that had at least that much elevation change from front to back.Some people will care, some won't.

The dude who pays them pocket change or the guy who pays them as much as their entire monthly income?

Events should be accessible to all members not just PRO members but they haven't made any changes to it.

All of us roommates have talked to the roommate about the stuff and the brother on multiple occasions but nothing changes.
