I do not like to ride to close to the flame as sooner or later you will get burned.

Sometimes it is difficult to know where to draw the line-- for me the following situations are not ok:any conditions that would allow a tenant to escrow rent,  must be fixed immediately. any evidence of a hoarding risk, Any evidence of hard drug use or any drug sales, Filth to a degree that would attract vermin or pests, Smoking in a renovated unit, evidence of destruction by tenants or pets (holes in doors, urine/stains on carpet, cigarette burns)Outside conditions that are unsafe or that vary from the norm for the neigborhood.

The burning desire to set and crush goals is too uncommon.Millionaires are so common these days, especially in a state like California.

This is what burns me up about PM's, they are charging 10% of your gross rents for collecting rents.

People don't do the leg work they are supposed to and get burned.

Though caveat...my second purchase (soon after this one as I had motivation) I got burned on due to relying too much on Tax Assessed Value.

Unfortunately they were sold with “tax abatements” which burned off after 7 years and yielded a totally unreasonable consequence.

It is truly magical **** (lol) that will make you feel alive and human and see the beauty of the world everywhere or, maybe just watch some more Vikings and watch it all burn - whatever works for the day - lol.
