I am seeking to grow in my knowledge of strategies and learn to apply them in order to begin building my asset column and investment portfolio.

Recently, it was determined the building where the underground parking garage is (which is separate from the condo building) had structural integrity issues and people were advised to vacate.

I've listened to enough podcasts to KNOW that I have to build the team first before EVEN putting a contract on a property.

Along with negotiating the feasibility period and due diligence periods I'd concurrently do 2 things based on your plan:1. talk to the solar companies in the area and understand their site selection process, how they structure their deals, how they operate, etc. 2. talk to the power company and see if they need more renewable energy and if building another solar project in that area makes sense. 

Also, see how they are listed IE staged, phot quality, build quality ect.. 

Insights, networking possibilities, and mentorship may be obtained from this practical experience.Remain Proactive: It takes time and effort to build a network, so be proactive and persistent in your networking endeavors.

Putting together a team out of state is hard enough as it is, but learning REI and building a team from a distance at the same time could be a recipe for disaster.

I sign up for this all in 2019 for this is the first time I’ve logged in.I bought a place in 2018, remodeled and sold in 2022 and chased my dream of 20 years of moving to Jackson Wy however investing here in not an option since I’m not a billionaire sooooo I am planning my next moves and looking to invest.I have roughly $30K (potentially $50K) to invest in a flex and flip as I’m not sure I could do the landlord thing.I have been looking in places I would like to actually live which is eastern Oregon, North central/East Tennessee, Rapid City or Naples-Clearwater Florida areas.I have even considered building (having a builder build it) new or spec home so if anyone knows of any reputable builders?

You will get a lot of reps in, build experience and local knowledge and capital and everything else will fall into place a lot easier if you are able to consistently find good deals.

Whichever route you take, with the capital you mentioned, you have the opportunity to diversify and build a great portfolio.Hope this helps!
