Private Investor with a focus on Long Term Rentals

Hello everyone! My name is Mike and I am brand new to the real estate investing world. I am seeking to grow in my knowledge of strategies and learn to apply them in order to begin building my asset column and investment portfolio. My goal is to build up a strong portfolio of long term rental properties that will generate cash flow which I intend to use for reinvestment in the short to medium term, and to enhance my retirement cash flow in the long term. I intend to focus on the BRRRR method primarily, but am open to learning all kinds of other strategies including tax lien deed investing, foreclosure purchasing, and anything else that may help achieve both my short and long term goals. Looking forward to what I will learn by networking with you all!
