What has your experience been like thus far?

In my experience most agents are 1099 self employed contractors working on 100% commission, but there is no rule about that. 

This perspective is solely from years of experience managing mobile home park funds and working with the tax experts around us.

The highest form, a 'quality cost segregation study' must be performed by someone with experience.

I certainly led me to thinking that residential assisted living homes (RALs) may be a valid venture to dive into over the next few years.That being said, I am interested in connecting with anyone who has had any experience with RALs, and similar types of settings, specifically within the states of New York and New Jersey. 

However they have websites, BP Profiles and social media suggesting years of experience and success. 

It really depends on what you are looking for.The term accountant can be considered very broad and I am not sure what qualifications / hurdles there are from calling yourself an accountant.A CPA will be more qualified.
