The reason I ask is because in "The Book on Rental Property Investing" by Brandon Turner he writes that it would be a disaster to have that scenario.

Go on you local swip swap Facebook pagesAsk for who moves houses Contact them and get prices to have a doublewide moved onto the property with ALL permits and for them to handle the septic, well etc Also get individual quotes for well, electric, septic etc as the house mover as contractor Look on FB for used mobile homes Find one you can afford Have it moved onto your property

i found a generic free audio book that helped me figure out how to start making a busininess plan and keeping it simple is my goal. it can be legthy and detailed but i intend for it to be so simple.

Since I had a brain annurism and a stroke at 54, I have been studying about real estate investing full time, 7 days a week for about 5 years including book reading and that only takes about 2 weeks to read each book.
