A great book I've been reading is "Millionaire real estate investor" by Gary Keller.

But we did get it pumped out very quickly and had fans and dehumidifiers going as soon as we filled a 30 yard dumpster with belongings, sheetrock, laminate flooring and furniture.

I feel it's always nice to get other investors real-world perspectives and not just the author's from a book.

-declutter the self doubt and defeatist talk that is going on in your mind every hour of the day.This is going in and reading positive books, showing a positive outlook for situations that come along, and seeking positive people to be around.
