I would think a tattoo might lead me to believe you might be more creative since you have artwork on large portions of your body.

Its probably the wax ring in the toilet 10 bux,  or shower body,$150 really not a big deal.

Also would be dishonest from the builders standpoint considering they are marketing it as a investment type property fully knowing that the reigns will he handed over to a different governing body once this last unit sells.
