In the old days, I'd have to deal with checkpoints and hope that the one person who notarized documents was working that day since they never posted a set schedule.Performing notes are a lot easier.

If you are using the same lender it will make dealing with the underwriting simpler because you only have to provide documentation once for all 3 loans.

If you're doing it "outside of closing" I guess that's fine, but realize you'll be signing documents at the closing attesting to the fact that you're not doing something like that.

Hey Joe, I know you asked for an agreement that can be e-signed but, while I couldn't find one that can be e-signed, I found this one for you from the State of Michigan which means that it's public information that you can use and turn into your own e-sign document.
