@Remington Lyman so far I’ve narrowed it down to A and B zip codes (defined in a document from Zeke at Reafco), and in the near future I’d like to narrow that down from around 20 zips to 5.

In the old days, I'd have to deal with checkpoints and hope that the one person who notarized documents was working that day since they never posted a set schedule.Performing notes are a lot easier.

If you are using the same lender it will make dealing with the underwriting simpler because you only have to provide documentation once for all 3 loans.

If you're doing it "outside of closing" I guess that's fine, but realize you'll be signing documents at the closing attesting to the fact that you're not doing something like that.
