I do believe I wouldn't be celebrating 40 years of marriage next year, wouldn't have travelled the world and taken 25 cruises,enjoyed my grand kids, etc.

Neither....WWEI.Leh and Wamu werent penny stocks when I got the check.I just took a complete gamble with WWEI.The only think it had going for it was its a wind company and Pickens announced his plan interest spiked and took it to .20.Though I believe its a scam company because they have been touting a PPA for a windfield and keep pushing the dates out.I wouldn't invest in the company.

In my contracts I have the following main points:•Scope of the work to be done•Agreed upon price and draw schedule•Timeline•Clean up after yourself clause•Not responsible for subs•Insurance I believe the scope of the work, price, and timeline are the most important to getting the job done.

I believe it allows me to find properties in distress and get the owner to sell his property at a certain price and then I take that contract to a buyer or investor and sell him the contract for X amount of dollars.
