The BP community is a vast source of information and collaboration that will bring success to those who really want to achieve it. 

I have found a fair amount of interest in selling the contracts, but not from traditional note buying sources.  

Its a wonderful source of, typically, extremely low-interest capital that you should use.

Maybe not in suburban single family home areas yet though, which has been the case for a while and why urban areas of the state have appreciated more than suburban and especially far flung suburban areas where millenials don't want to waste time in their cars in general in this cycle.Also, do you have a source for high earners leaving the state faster than they are coming in? 

If so, how can one get around this problem, as I'm expecting some other deals from another source and I don't want to run into this same problem again?
