NAR Guidelines:A broker may only advertise an on-market listing to a prospect if they make it clear that they are not the listing broker.Advertisements can be posted on social media if they are truthful and not misleading.Reusing old listing photos can get legal trouble.If they sell and you are still advertising them on youtube, that's probably not cool.
