I was wondering if anyone out there would tell me if when a property that is in pre-foreclosure has an auction date does that mean the bank has foreclosed on the home or can I still purchase from the owner before then?

The wife and I just received our TBD approval for an FHA loan (praise God)!

We also have about 5 main flippers in our city who buy almost every house that goes to auction and will outbid any newbies just to keep them away.

Hey everyone,Im trying to find ways to find a deal and thought I should call or mail the owner who is about 3weeks or more away from the court auction foreclosure.

I was wondering if you can pay actual cash for a property at auction, as in, you bring actual cash in a briefcase at the auction and if you win, you count out money to hand to the auctioneer and collect your deed. 

When the foreclosure moratorium is over, there will be a flood of houses coming up for auction/short sales. 

Hello, so I am looking to do my first tax-delinquent wholesale deal and know that any back taxes have to be paid before the auction date in order to avoid the house going into the auction.

@Brent Coombs he got a return of investment of 15K in 6 months plus return on investment of a few hundred percent both of which are awesome so only praise from me in regards to the deal.

Property owners that have been behind on their taxes for a specific period of time, can have their property sold at a "tax Sale'  This is an auction that the county holds.IF you are the winner of the property in the tax sale you get a lien against the house.
