Assuming the general election will have some influence on rates, I don't anticipate the rates to be dropped by more than 100 bps, which will bring the fed fund rate closer 4.5-4.75% (mortgage rates in the low 6s.)

@Gustavo DelgadoIf you are in Texas or Florida right now expect significant increases in floridaWhile everyone has been celebrating home price increases, everything else has gone up significantly as well - and with labor and construction cost increases insurance is replacement value and they anticipate greater storms so it was inevitable.
