Personally, I don't anticipate a crash, but a correction, or slowing of upward trends, which sometimes feels like a downturn.

That said, I legitimately think the inspection was worse than anyone anticipated.

Some areas of interest are: is the property going to be harder to sell, what kinds of issues should I anticipate, has anyone ever dealt with this before, etc etc.

Or, factor it in after your inspection period and if you find a list of repairs that’s larger than what you anticipated then relay to seller. 

Good as a consumer, but I do think this will have a larger effect than people are anticipating, even for folks not hiding erroneous fees.The reality is the total price on Airbnb/VRBO/etc comes out much higher than the nightly rate, typically.
