Hello All,I would like some recommendations on real estate/property management software for residential and commercial properties. 

I live in the Tampa Florida area and we have Airbnb/STRs all over the county and not just on the beach. 

I need a couch, table and chairs and all the small things.  

but would i liquidate all my assets and buy a bunch of random LTRs and try to max out 'cash flow'? 

I’d like to put an offer in but will need to find a hard money or private money lender because all of my money is tied up in two other properties.

This all depends on the loan factors like Credit score, LTV, DSCR ratio (rents vs the PITI payment), and loan size.Good news rates are down but the other positive news is they are trending down and that means you can pull cash out now and then simply refinance in 12 months or more to lower the rate.

First of all, you are only paying off the tail end of the loan.
