I want to scale with rentals and plan to keep acquiring properties as time goes on.

I am in the process of acquiring a property to flip in Orange and am looking for general contractors in the area.

I’m curious if anyone here who has been purchasing or acquiring new SFH’s in recent months have seen a compression in their cash on cash returns?

I could still acquire the property and make a "lifetime" rental without likelihood of being able to provide marketable title and resell in the future- what would YOU do?

Illinois - most product is in crook county and costly and lengthy foreclosureThere are others but some of them have so little product anyways (ala Massachusetts / Connecticut etc.)
