@William Davis  One way many of our borrowers have accomplished what you are after is to buy distressed properties in need of rehab.   

I haven't really sat down and looked at comps and all that  or really crunched numbers on that specific property.I was more so looking to see if anyone else has had experience with investing within the seasoning period of a Bk.Greg,1)  Have you met with Lenders to discuss what you're trying to accomplish?

It really depends what you are trying to accomplish.

I would like to do a couple of fix and flips this year but to accomplish all of my goals I will need to borrow money.

1 million users is a great accomplishment!

There are better ways to accomplish the same thing.

I believe this would give me the flexibility in cash flows to accomplish what I want and have enough equity through increased value to refinance into a shorter term loan. 

It was a very simple goal but I accomplished it relatively quickly and got the ball rolling.
