Can anyone provide recommendations on searchable public records data providers that cater to individual investors? 

I recommend that you build a strong team in the area where you chose to invest.

In term of locations, do you all have any recommendations on those locations? 

Hey Nathan, if you haven't yet, I would recommend posting in various investment Facebook groups in your area.

I would strongly recommend having a real estate-focused accountant look at your situation and prepare your taxes for you, as you are now treading into complicated waters where you can get yourself into trouble if your not careful!  

And are there any meet up groups you would recommend joining for real estate investing ?

If you're looking for more connections, I would highly recommend attending some local real estate meetups in the cape cod area.

The properties are self/family managed as well, so no PM recommendations. 

If anyone here has recommendations or can point me in the right direction to find legal counsel experienced in navigating subject-to-deals, I would greatly appreciate it.Additionally, I'm actively seeking opportunities in the multifamily real estate market.
