I've been reading about REI for years but am finally ready to get over my analysis paralysis and get more focused on learning through experience.If anyone can recommend agents, clubs, or organizers in the twin cities area, I'd love to talk!

As I'm sure you know, property isn't too expensive, it's possible to find a good number of properties in good areas that satisfy the 1% rule or greater, and given how many good universities and companies are in the area, I don't see the city declining anytime soon. 

I have been looking at a few places in the mid west and south, and I've narrowed it down to a couple cities that i  think I would want to buy.  

I am looking for a referral in the Twin Cities (Minnesota) market for someone who is good with foundation repair.

16 unit apartment building located right on the main street in town. 

Forget the burbs.. the City if Chicago is the place to be IMO!!

Move out of state to house hack a property because the current city I'm in (Denver) is slim pickings.
