The amount of dust and fibers and just plain YUK that's being kicked into the air is annoying, particularly as I'm finding it in my fresh paint now and it's really pissing me off.  

If you know the right people (our realtor gets a discount) they only cost about $400-$500 a year and will come out and fix any appliance for about $75-$100 fee but will not replace them. we have used them once just because it was cheaper than paying a contractor to do it when our air handler went out.

I've also looked at the Edmonton REIA, but unfortunately cannot attend until the spring. 

Phillips, Gotha, parts of Ocoee; Seminole actually has more good schools than Orange County, and you can check out Altamonte Springs and Wekiva Springs.Disney also employs over 50,000 people, so Kissimmee, Davenport and to a lesser extent Poinciana are fantastic rental choices as well. 

You have to go back to last spring for accurate comps.

No central air.

Or maybe Running Springs or other nearby areas. 

In the midwest, we have full basements, in my market central heat and air conditioning are a must to sell.  

After borrowing $40K for repairs and due to the fact that I am retiring this spring I no longer have the funds to keep making the payments.
