I do believe we need to focus on our own war at home and not saving the world, BUT we still MUST deal with the world on many levels.

I'm still young having recently graduated university I deal with high net worth individuals daily in relation to property investment worldwide with a particular focus on the emerging markets.

I have always focused on residential real estate listings although I did handle some residential and commercial leases.

I believe reading can teach you well but it is in doing the process thats makes it real.Stay focused and be persistant and your hard work will pay off.

Focus on rebuilding your credit and work hard to get in a better cash situation before investing...There are certainly ways of investing without cash, but if you have HORRIBLE credit, that's generally a result of not knowing how to handle money, and therefore you'd likely get yourself into more trouble trying to invest without cash.
