You won't get rich right away and probably won't be selling million dollar houses any time soon, but you can be a member of the team, doing showing and grunt work for somebody.

What's the best way to communicate?

It's too rich for me due to the rehab costs needed.  

I assume this will force him to communicate with the mortgage company again which is what he is afraid of.thanks for the responds too, much appreciated.  

From what I have gathered, the current owners aren't managing the property well and that's why the rents are so low (they done speak English so its hard to communicate).
