We have no intentions of withdrawing any funds from our llc bank account until after tax time so that we can get a good feel for the tax implication in relation to our individual income from our primary careers and, neither of us currently need the money to go back to our respective pockets so we intend to roll it all back in to more houses/flips etc..

Hello BP,I have a question that I want to ask the masses since I am very new to the rental game and only have one rental property.What is everyone's take on investing in new construction with the intent to rent it out right away?

It's a waiting game even when you do succeed in taking legal ownership of the properties.

As for the reconstruction work.....since most of the damage was from flooding, I’m guessing most owners did not have flood insurance which means owners will be paying out of their own pocket.....leading to a lot of homes not being rebuilt/repaired and a lot of DIY repairs by homeowners, due to a lack of money.

. 😊 Real estate investing is a people business, so I recommend checking for local Bigger Pocket meetings and REIA events in your area.

Again, in my opinion, if you don't know that, you shouldn't be playing this game.

My wife can be in her office downtown in less than ten minutes, I can get a reservation at the best restaurant in town the same day, and I can go from my couch to my seat at a Brewers game during rush hour in 25 minutes.
