My current full time job has me relocating frequently and I do not have much time for travel.Although syndications don’t have the same ROI I like the fact they are more passive and don’t require me to spend as much time visiting/researching locations and dealing with any vacancy issues. 

Renters wanting more space, in the suburbs, moving less frequently seems to be the trend and I believe it will remain post pandemic if that ever happens.

So, even if you can get someone to pay a top end price, you will make LESS money if the unit turns over more frequently ESPECIALLY if you are paying a PM etc to handle the turnover. 

I would have to have an eviction occur in each unit more frequently than once every three years for the cost to be recouped.

@Jared Tillery  I am in a similar boat as you that my job has me on a plane every week and is difficult to attend meetings frequently.
