I'm expecting the next area of town to bubble up will be along the 249 corridor once the "Aggie Expressway" finishes up that links Houston direct to the Navasota/College Station area.Edit: Forgot to mention this is relative to Houston area.

I posted pictures in the other thread that I linked to in my OP above....So you are for option B, just swap them out for say, $100 for a guy to do it (PITA to get up on deck and through door, not worth my time) and sell the existing ones that are in there?
