Hi,My friend is building a ~600 sq ft ADU in So Cal/Los Angeles and is wondering what type of pipe might be best from a quality/maintenance/cost standpoint within the interior of the ADU (I realize that the line connecting the ADU to the sewer line might be HDPE or some other plastic pipe...)? 

We ended up spending about 10,000 over budget on the rehab which included a brand new HVAC system, a new deck, a privacy fence, and almost all new windows and exterior and interior doors.

If the numbers work, having eyes on the interior to account for any additional repairs needed or impending Capex items usually provides enough to make a decision.  

Note that I'm assuming you DO want to do a good job -- if you have 25% of your reviews are bad ones, maybe you should do some internal reflecting.  

Some % actual attendance, the balance being on-line, they would rather on-line ONLY & stay at home saving significant housing costs plus keep working as interns.

Should I reach out to local investors and see if I could be a personal assistant or intern for them?

Here in a Austin, a good majority of my clients, especially investors, are out of state or international.

Exterior needs paint, interior is thrashed from transient occupancy. 

International economics is applicable, sometimes, imo.
