Initially planned to go into the Smokey Mountain region based off the successes recorded by the Real Estate Robinsons (even thought of reaching out to your team based on the comments in their vlogs). 

For mine, I have to have an initial appraisal done, then the bank will lend up to 80% of the equity I have in the property.
