This is a noncontroversial bill that was passed with 100% of the Senate voting for and in the house there were no votes against although there were some reps not voting so it was not a 100% vote for as in the Senate.

then it got voted into urban reserve and the value went up to in the mid 20 million range and at full entitlement it will be 50 million plus..  

My vote would be they probably smokin something (crack?)

We would have to apply for a variance if we wanted gravel and at this point we don’t have time to “hope” the board votes yes in 4 weeks time since our construction loan was approved 2 weeks ago.

The regulation was pulled when the issue qualified for a vote.

(b) the sponsor should be the expert in managing the asset and will want to have control over the operations and execution (with investors voting on larger issues).
