If you don't want a management software, there are plenty of other online payment options that you can use.

And post processing software. 

The software I use doesn't break it down by house price but it does by city, price per sq. ft. in each zip code etc.

With online signature software (Dotloop, etc), it is odd for anyone who has an email address to not be able to sign documents over the internet.

Currently learning a couple of deal analysis software platforms (Real Data and REALTORS Property Resource)...curious if other folks investing in larger multifamily properties have a deal analysis program they have gravitated to....thanks!

But I wouldn't see any reason to have individual accounts per property, that's what accounting software is for.
