Am I forgetting anything major in my cash flow calculations?

Does any one know if I can legally put Tenant Two out or am I still stuck with him since he signed a one year lease  with his two friends.

I love real estate so I waited for the 3 1/2 years to pass so I could get back into the game, and here I am.

Am I crazy to be considering my first deal to be Section 8? 

Am I being paranoid?

It seems like a good opportunity.What am I missing?

Quite a few BP members in the lower part of the state: @Kenneth LaVoie is in Winslow; @Amy Arata is in New Gloucester; there are a handful or two in Portland; and another between Scarborough and Kittery.

Once more at the top , Broker still has property listed for sale,  under contract , earnest money deposit,  closing date set, illegal not illegal,  am I missing something Anyone.  ????????
