I am certainly trying to delegate, but when I see a 50% mark up on pest control where the vendor didn't even get into every unit, a plumber charging for 2 hours when my cameras only show him there for 20 minutes, and not noticing a double in water usage from one month to the next, I have to be on top of the PM company.

To qualify for this loan I need home owners insurance but when speaking with a vendor they stated if the home is in rough shape (which it is) they will not even consider covering it.
