Or when the person you bought from gets tired of waiting for you to refinance to get his name off the loan, or when someone who used to be on the loan or title calls the bank and says they want off the loan, or when an angry ex-spouse calls the bank and reports that their ex-spouse sold the house or when the house gets squatters and the neighbors call the police and the police call the lender or when a whole bunch of other crazy stuff happens.It goes downhill awfully fast after that.

He brings me listings that come into his brokerage before they go on the market, he never gets tired of taking me to see whatever I want to see because he wants to see me succeed.

There are too many greedy, money hungry people that don't care about others who are struggling to survive and I'm tired of it.

I used to have airbnb renter that smokes weed and he used to smoke it inside, he just doesn't care, it is emotionally tiring for landlord to tell not to smoke instead -  the next day he brings his five friend smking outside and I got neighbor calling me LOL the subsequent drama is not worth it.

Interest rates for me would go up nearly  5%.Good luck however you decide to go.I'm beyond tired of people saying Anderson is expense!!
