If you have a good customer in mind, and they want to work with you on the design/build, that might be a great fit.But I don't think the model is mainstream enough yet to be developing these types of properties (SRO or shared housing) "on spec".

Perhaps the facts don't matter to you, but to most rational people, the facts are WAY more important than your opinion.Again, do you have any FACTS to support the idea that the TSA demanded the child remove his shirt (other than an ambiguous video and an ambiguous statement from the comments section of a web page)?

What I am finding here on Biggerpockets and on the web is that if you put 10% down on the loan, once you reach 78% loan to value and have been paying your PMI for at least 60 months, then the PMI will be dropped.
